Mid & High Price Range Offerings

We only sell quality, which is why we are not resellers of the low end market. Our hardware offerings basically take two-forms: Mid-Range solutions which generally mean a touch-screen system setup with a desktop style CPU from DELL; and on the higher end integrated terminals such as POS-X or PioneerPOS terminals where the CPU/Monitor and some peripehrals are all within one unit.

Product Offering

Diversity

While we generally do push a certain supplier or manufacturer for certain solutions, its our recommendation and you are free to substitute. We support all industry leaders. Want a receipt printer? Ithaca, Star, Epson, Citizen, Zebra, and more all supported. We also don't push a particular supplier - but a particular model for that solution. We may prefer a Star Micronics model in some applications yet an Ithaca or Epson in others. Again though, its a recommendation you are free to ignore.

As long as it's bought from us, we will be your representative in warranty issues and work through the process. This saves you valuable time you need to run your business, and also leverages our contacts with the manufacturer insiders.

Strong Warranty

Service Included

We don't believe in a lot of add-ons. Our philosophy is your system should come already with a strong warranty, at least 3 years on-site or overnight replacement on CPU/monitor. We do offer upgrades on warranties but most will fine the already included warranty is far better than the competition includes.
