SMART TILL – DatapointPOS partners with APG Cash Drawer

DatapointPOS has partnered with APG Cash Drawer, the industry POS cash drawer leader, to integrate their line of intelligent “cash aware” drawers allowing unsurpassed cash control. These drawers weigh and report data to the POS without the need or in addition to the cashier counting.  Denominations are tracked and suspicious or irregular  activity monitored by the POS.

Initial debut of the alpha software will be at next month’s RSPA Retail NOW! convention in Las Vegas. We hope to offer to the general customer base sometime in September.
